There is a trend emerging. The once invincible (appearing) juggernaut of western, corporate, banking power is showing vulnerability in many places. The world has shown that it can just say no to continued military aggression and domination. And slowly the people of the world are realizing that it is possible to fight back, guerrilla-style. 2012 will certainly be a year of many protests and uprisings. Victories in preventing an attack on Iran and in stopping SOPA/PIPA are teaching that the 99% are not helpless victims. And this year will confirm the growing, underlying awareness that we really have nothing left to lose.
